Aluminum Cast Heater - business unit of Watlow(www.watlow.com), is based in Batavia, IL. Watlow is a thermal solutions supplier specializing in the design and manufacturing of thermal assemblies.

THE BUYER
LV2 Equity Partners, LLC (www.lv2partners.com) is a Midwest-based private equity firm focused on investing in small to lower middle market companies. LV2 partners with key management teams in niche manufacturing segments that have strong growth opportunities. The firm provides capital, operational and financial expertise, as well as strategic vision to support and complement the management teams in the firm's family of portfolio companies.
