THE SELLER
Whitney Design, Inc., a company formed in 1994 is an importer and distributor of non-electrical laundry products. They primarily focus on importing and selling houseware products including ironing boards, pads, covers and closet organizers.

THE BUYER
Household Essentials, LLC (www.householdessential.com)is based in St. Louis, MO. They will be a new player in the housewares industry.
