H-K Contractors, Inc. is a leading provider of road construction, paving, excavation services and aggregate and asphalt throughout Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Utah.  Headquartered in Idaho Falls, ID and founded in 1952, H-K has become a preferred road construction provider to the Mountain States region as well as, a niche environmental specialty provider to the National Parks.

THE BUYER
Old Castle Materials (www.oldcastlematerials.com), a CRH plc Company, is a leading vertically integrated supplier of aggregates, asphalt, ready-mix concrete and paving services in the United States.   With six division headquarters located throughout the U.S., Old Castle Materials annually produces 199 million tons of aggregates, 68 million tons of asphalt, and 11 million cubic yards of ready-mix concrete at more than 1,200 locations nationwide.
