Peoria Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., Inc. is an Illinois-based contractor providing roofing and sheet metal services for customers in central and northern portions of the state.

THE BUYER
Western Construction Group (www.westerngroup.com) was founded in 1915 and is a building and restoration specialist.  Their services include masonry and concrete restoration, waterproofing and roofing services.  Western also provides specialty services that includes, but are not limited to; seismic upgrades, cathodic protection, carbon fiber repairs, specialty flooring and tank liners.  The company serves a diverse industry group that includes, but is not limited to; financial, healthcare, educational, religious and government.
