Kevin M. Short Managing Partner & CEO Kevin Short is the Managing Partner and CEO of Clayton Capital Partners, a St. Louis-based investment banking firm specializing in merger and acquisition advisement. Beginning in 2007, Thomson Reuters, FactSet Mergerstat and Investment Dealers’ Digest all ranked Clayton Capital Partners as a top U.S. M&A firm. Glenn O. Kraft Mr. Kraft began his career at Arthur Andersen and Company. He was drawn to the healthcare industry, viewing the product as a service to people in an industry with great financial needs. Glenn worked for Tenet Health and at Lutheran Medical Center as the Chief Financial Officer. He also served as CFO for DePaul Health Center/SSM before starting G2N in 2001. G2N was a start-up consulting company focusing on assisting hospitals in improving their processes for compliant and optimal payments. G2N also provided medical coding, which became the majority of G2N's revenues before selling to iMedX in November, 2015. Brent Becker Brent is a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional with a proven track record of delivering value to stakeholders. He has spent the last 20 years of his career leading businesses and targeting and integrating strategic acquisitions as a component of achieving dramatic growth. Brent has accomplished successful M&A deals while in leadership positions with Public, Private, and Private Equity companies. He takes pride that his diverse experience gives him a unique vantage point in understanding both sides of an acquisition, which lends to the ability to get deals closed. Prior to joining Clayton Capital, Brent spent his career leading and growing global businesses over a diverse set of industries. Since starting his career and spending 16 years with Ingersoll Rand he has held President roles with Fusheng Group in Industry Equipment, CECO Environmental focusing on the Environmental Industry, a portfolio company of Barry- Wehmiller within the Printing Industry and most recently a partner in a Metals business where they sold out to the Wieland Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science, in Mechanical Engineering, from Michigan State University and an Executive Masters in International Business from Saint Louis University.
